GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions of sale on the Rapidoprinting.fr site are concluded:
- on the one hand by the company M.X Creation, SAS with the capital of 6960 euros whose head office is at: Clos Bertrand, 84100 Orange, France, registered in the register of commercial and corporations of registered in the register of commerce and corporations under the NUMBER RCS AVIGNON B 841 225 62. Its Siret is: 84122562600016 and its VAT number: 84122562600016.
- and on the other hand, by any natural person (individual enterprise) or moral wishing wishing to proceed to a purchase via the website of RAPIDOPRINTING hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between rapidoprinting and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Rapidoprinting merchant site.
The acquisition of good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by rapidoprinting.
Rapidoprinting reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.
In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the proposed goods and services
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published in the Rapidoprinting site called RAPIDOPRINTING.FR.
These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks and for communication professionals with knowledge of the latter and a technical capacity to use them.
Each product is accompanied by a description specifying the characteristics of it.
The photographs of the catalog are the most loyal possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to the colors.
Prices
The prices listed in the catalog are HT prices in Euro taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of order, any change in the rate can be passed on to the price of products or services.
Rapidoprinting reserves the right to change its prices, however, be heard that the price listed on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include the orders, transportation and delivery charges provided that they take place in the geographical areas provided.
Minimum order
We only accept orders from an amount of € 100 excluding tax.
Under certain conditions and exceptionally certain orders may be received for a file fees of 50 € HT.
Controlling
Orders are processed exclusively by email during our opening hours on working days from 8:30 to 16:30.
Apart from these schedules or in the event of saturation of our services following a large influx of orders to be treated we will not be able to treat them the same day.
We do not treat quote request or phone order.
Orders are processed and validated before 12:00.
In case of receipt of an order at 14:00 for example it will be treated the next day.
Stock
We strive to maintain the product cards up to date.
In case of product not available the customer will be notified by email and a similar product will be offered, if possible.
If no similar product is available the customer may request a refund of his command line.
The status of stocks being purely indicative, for an urgent order we advise the customer to contact our commercial service upstream by email.
Geographical area
Online sales of the products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in Europe.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must have:
- Being a professional registered with the SCR, a legal person or a community (the services offered by Rapidoprinting are not accessible to individuals) and have an intra-Community VAT number;
- fill out the identification form on which it will indicate all the requested coordinates or give its customer number if it has one;
- fill out the online order form by giving all the references of the selected products or services;
- validate its order after verifying it;
- make the payment under the planned conditions;
- confirm your order and regulations;
- send your file for printing done according to our technical recommendations.
The confirmation of the order entails the acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having a perfect knowledge and the waiver of availing oneself of its own purchasing conditions or other conditions.
All the data provided and the registered confirmation will vaudden proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
BEATS
We do batter only on request (the files being normally made by the customers.)
Some BATs can be invoiced.
In case of modification of a bat after validation of a charge of € 25 f € may be requested.
Announced deadlines
Deadlines are expressed in working days and for any validated order (payment and ready-to-print file) before 12:00.
Retraction / Returns / Cancellation
Our products being customized by the customer No cancellation is possible.
As an exceptional way we can accept a cancellation before printing or customization.
10% File fee of the product value with a minimum of 50 € HT will then be applied.
In case of goods unpacked or produced and packaging damaged refurbishment or repackaging fees may be applied.
Administrative expenses of 50 € HT will also be charged in case of cancellation before launching production or delivery.
Any cancellation or refund request of a command line may call into question an overall discount granted on an overall command amount
Respect for professional constraints
Customers are considered to be communication professionals.
These must provide files in compliance with infographic standards (300 dpi, CMYK etc..)
In the event of non-compliance or inability to provide quality files Our PAO service may provide a quote for realization or compliance.
A PAO guide with our technical recommendations and templates are used by the customer.
The latter declares to have read during the ordering and have the technical skills to make professional files in PAO.
Terms of payment
The price is due to the order.
Payments will be made by:
- bank transfer,
- CREDIT CARD.
Orders will only be shipped when confirming the regulation by our bank (with the exception of French administrations.)
The same goes for launching the printing of custom products.
Command cancellation
The cancellation on the customer's share of an online order after payment and before the production is possible: it generates a credit that will be available for an upcoming online order.
NB:
- For all requests for reimbursement of less than € 1500, a lump sum of 25 € penalty / management fees will be made.
- For all requests for reimbursement of an order greater than € 1500, a lump sum deduction of 50 € penalty / management fees will be made.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made at the address indicated in the order form that can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the rapidrinting premises or its platforms.
In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be formulated directly from the carrier to the delivery precisely in concomitant at the reception on the delivery note.
Each package must therefore be checked in the presence of the carrier to make possible specific reserves.
In case of damage The customer must contact the customer service (during the opening hours) by email to signify the problem encountered during delivery.
A precise description of the damage and photos will have to be attached to this request. Without this and spent the 24 hours deadline no service claims can not be accepted.
Delivery times are only indicative, if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
Rapidoprinting can not be held responsible for any delivery delay.

Warranty
All products provided by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in sections 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will resume it, will exchange or reimburse him.
Printed products or part of a printed product are not included or exchanged or refunded.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email within thirty days of delivery via email or our contact form.
In the event of a problem on an order, the customer service must be contacted within the day by email and a registered mail sent.
No return is accepted without the downstream of the commercial service that will communicate to the customer a return number and the address of our logistics platform. In case of return without complying with this procedure The package is considered lost by our logistics department and the customer will not be able to claim any refund or compensation.
Responsibility
The seller, in the online sales process, is only held by an obligation of means; Its responsibility can not be initiated for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, termination of the service, or other involuntary problems.
Intellectual property
All elements of the rapidoprinting site (rapidoprinting.fr) are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of rapidoprinting.

Buyers can oppose the disclosure of their contact information by reporting it to rapidoprinting. Similarly, users have a right of access and rectification of data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
Automated information processing, including the management of e-mail users of the site's users has been declared to the CNIL (ongoing) recorded under the number (in progress.)
Archiving - Evidence
Rapidoprinting will archive orders and invoices on reliable and sustainable support constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
Computerized rapidoprinting registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Reserve
Property Retention Clause: The seller retains the full ownership of the goods sold until the full payment of the price, pursuant to the law of 12 May 1980.
Dispute settlement
These online sales conditions are subject to the Estonian law and the European provisions.
In case of dispute, competence is attributed to the competent courts of Avignon, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or call for warranty.
