Processing price requests and ordering of an order:
We treat quote requests and orders only by email, working days from 8:30 to 12:00.
The orders received after 12h are processed the next business day.
Step 1 / Reception of your request and formulation within 24 hours of our price offer,
Step 2 / If acceptance generation of an invoice,
Step 3 / Reception of the rules and verification of your files,
Step 4 / Putting production and confirmation of delivery times,
Step 5 / Delivery.
Delivery times & delivery charges:
Our delivery times are specified in an inditative manner on our product sheets and catalogs. These are indicative average deadlines. In case of emergency or delivery at a specific date indicate it imperatively and in order to take a tailor-made transportation option. Carriers not respecting at this moment the deadlines on deliveries standards.Nos prices are stipulated excluding shipping costs. When you apply for quotation or order, we will specify the amount of the latter.
Preparation of files:
You will find on each product sheet of templates for the preparation of your files. A Pao guide is also available on our site.
We will prioritize communication professionals knowing how to make the files requested.
We check the files manually by a PAO operator once the command is saved here. You will be able to send us your file with your order reference via our sending system whose link is in foot of our site.
