Why choose the Forex panel for your signage?

An expanded PVC in 5 or 10 mm: this forex panel Absorbs small shocks while remaining light enough for a simple wall installation. It is a good choice for a personalized sign, a traffic signage or a temporary partition cover.

The support is waterproof: it holds outdoors on common uses without curling at the first wet episode. For a long-standing long-term exhibition, it is better to check the mounting mode and the thickness before order.

What gives direct printing on expanded PVC plate

Digital recto printing is done directly on the panel: thereby avoid detachment problems related to adhesive lamination. On a sign or an advertising panel, it's cleaner for use and simpler to handle at assembly.

The natural white of the support helps the colors to remain readable, especially on the contrasting visuals and the short texts. If your panel should be seen from a distance, prefer a sober layout: the support will do the job, not an overloaded composition.

What format and thickness to choose?

The 5 mm is suitable for an inner signage, a stand panel or a flat surface laying. The 10 mm brings more rigidity: it is the safest choice as soon as the format increases or the panel must remain in place longer.

The cutting of the material remains clear thanks to its homogeneous structure: you get clean edges, useful when the panel is also seen in profile. If you plan a frameless fixation, this point immediately counts the final rendering.

The file to be provided to avoid unpleasant surprises to print

A file at 300 dpi with the final dimensions controlled: This allows to keep a net visual once printed on your custom panel. An enlarged image at the last time loses quickly in precision, especially on the large formats.

Vector all fonts before sending: you avoid character substitutions at production launch. If your creation contains small texts or fine features, check them at actual size before validation.
